Tributes of Love
Thank you for teaching us we can be cute and be saved. Yet, I remember you saying you stopped wearing earrings, when you noticed looking for them would make you late for church. That taught me not to allow little things to distract you from what's most important. Thank you for teaching us it's okay to have fun and be saved. You always had a smile on your face. When I was little , you would always say or do something to make me laugh. Then I would sing out your name "Aunt Tereee-sah" Thank you for your presence. You and my mom would come to our church in San Diego. Sometimes I knew you were coming. Other times I would just look up and you guys were there. That meant so much. Thank you for teaching me how to be a 1st lady. Thank you for teaching us how to pray and praise God. Thank you for teaching us how to speak with authority. Thank you for teaching us to be kind, and loving yet strong. Thank you for the awesome woman of God and amazing woman you were. Thank you for everything. I love you Aunt Teresa

Today we celebrate the life of my dear aunt Theresa a woman of faith, love, and grace. She lived with a heart devoted to God, showing His love through, her prayers, her kindness, and her unwavering strength. Though we grieve her passing, we find peace in knowing she is home with the Lord, where there is no more pain or suffering. I thank you for every lesson I was taught as a child. Every prayer, prayed has provided the armor of protection. My mom was blessed to have you as a big sister. I’ll always love you!!!

Theresa was a very loveable person who was kind and loved the lord. Theresa demonstrated his spirit in her. We all will miss her. We know she is going to go to a better place to be with the lord. May the sister's in athe lord pattern there lives after she has shown us through following Gods word this is the way all of us must go. Hebrews 9:27- And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. Praise be to God who giveth us the victory. love you always, Brother in Law
From Bishop Augustus Stovall
I honor a woman who changed my life in ways words can hardly Express. My First Lady Teresa Lollis was more than my leader, she was a mother, a teacher, and a living example of the love of Jesus. Since I was a little girl, I’ve watched her pray. I’ve always thought she was so powerful in prayer. I wanted to pray just like her. I remember how I used to watch her during prayer when she would just sit there with her eyes closed, saying nothing, like she was listening for something, and then she would let out a “HEY”. I also remember when I would lie with her sometimes, how she would pray in her sleep. I used to say to myself, “wow,” she even prays when she is sleeping. I was so amazed by her prayer life. She taught me how to pray and how to be persistent in prayer. She showed me what a heart surrendered to God really looked like. During times when I felt like giving up and just throwing in the towel, she will always say, “Keep holding on, baby, and trust God. She didn’t just speak about love, she lived it. She showed it in the way she cared for me, my children, and others. I can go on and on about my First Lady but I'll end it here by just saying she was truly a gift from God in my life. Rest well, First Lady, I Love You.

Like the woman in Proverbs, Aunt Theresa's heart was completely trustworthy. We knew we could always count on her. She did good to our family all the days of her life, bringing not just joy, but a deep sense of security. Whether it was her reassuring presence, her wise advice, or her steadfast prayers, she was a constant source of good. We grieve today, but we also rejoice in the legacy she leaves behind. We see her qualities reflected in the lives of her children, nieces, and nephews, who rise up and call her blessed. The work of her hands praises her, not just in the memories we share, but in the people we have become because of her. Her ultimate hope was in the Lord, and that faith is what anchored her throughout her life.
