1. Subscription Tiers and Service Inclusions:

Tier 1 (SIMPLE) $150:

Includes 2 monthly services selected from list of available services list + 10% discount on any added design orders.

Tier 2 (STANDARD) $500: 

Includes 3 monthly services selected from list of available services list + 15% discount on any added design orders.

Tier 3 (INDUSTRY) $1000:

Includes 5 monthly services selected from list of available services list + 20% discount on any added design orders.

Tier 4 (COMMERCIAL) $2,500:

All inclusive monthly services from available services list + 25% discount on any added design orders.

 

 

2. Subscription Fees and Billing Cycle:

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are invoiced the same day each month - from date 1st subscription payment is received by cashApp (with reoccurring debit/credit cards to be accepted in near future)

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancel any time the by emailing subscriptions@kingdomprintdesign.com with the subject: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION (with Month Cancellation begins)

 

 

3. Service Delivery and Turnaround Times:

Standard turn around will be determined by scheduling out monthly services dates.

Communication Guidelines: 

After subscription is ordered, an Initial Phone Call or Zoom will take place at client's requested time, to schedule selected services due dates through out the month. (i.e., social media management will happen every Saturday at 12N, etc.)

 

4. Revision Policy:

For services that include graphic design & video editing, 2 revisions are included for each design.

 

 

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Usage:

All original works created by KPD for client subscription use, includes unlimited end use by subscriber in whatever way they deem fit.  All created editable files, are the intellectual property of KPD (this does not include duplicate or redesigns).  Any videos created with background music will include licensing copyrights for use on Youtube or other media platforms that requires music copyright licenses.

Ownership Transfer: 

Full ownership of editable files may be released for $100 file release fee that gives access to all editable styles, fonts, images, effects and more for personal use.  Files are created using industry standard Adobe software products and will only be usable with this software.

 

 

6. Confidentiality and Data Security:

KPD is committed to securing all data received by clients for subscriptions or any other projects with the utmost discretion.  This include , automatic non-disclosure for all projects ensuring client projects are covered professionally and confidentially.
